扩散时间对纯镁锌钇共渗层组织和性能的影响Effects of diffusion time on microstructure and properties of zinc-yttrium coating on pure magnesium

摘要(Abstract):
为提高纯镁的耐腐蚀性能,在大气环境下,采用固态扩散锌钇共渗的方法,对纯镁进行表面改性处理,研究了不同扩散时间对合金化渗层的影响。采用OM、SEM、EDS、XRD、显微硬度测试和电化学腐蚀测试等方法对渗层的组织结构、显微硬度和耐蚀性能进行了分析。结果表明,在一定范围内随着扩散时间的延长,渗层厚度迅速增加,但当渗层具有一定厚度后再延长时间,渗层厚度的增幅急剧减小。本实验中最佳扩散时间为90 min。该渗层组织由Mg7Zn3、MgZn、α-Mg固溶体组成。表层的显微硬度得到了大幅度提高,有效改善了纯镁在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能。
