热处理对7075铝合金阳极化表面黑斑缺陷的影响Effect of heat treatment on black spot defects on surface of 7075 aluminum alloy after anodic oxidation

摘要(Abstract):
采用化学成分分析、力学性能测试、热处理和显微组织观察等方法研究了7075铝合金零件阳极化后表面产生黑斑缺陷的原因。结果表明:黑斑缺陷对7075铝合金零件的力学性能有一定的影响;零件表面产生黑斑缺陷的原因是由于显微组织中存在较多的未溶质点相,其内因和外因分别是材料内部存在Zn、Cu、Mg元素偏析和零件本身热处理不均匀性;通过合适的重复热处理工艺可以消除零件表面的黑斑缺陷。
