热处理对AZ61镁合金力学性能和阻尼性能的影响Influence of heat treatment on mechanical and damping properties of AZ61 magnesium alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用金相分析、拉伸实验、动态机械热分析等方法研究了时效处理(T5)、固溶处理(T4)及固溶后时效处理(T6)三种不同热处理工艺对挤压态AZ61镁合金显微组织、力学性能及阻尼性能的影响。研究表明:与挤压态的AZ61镁合金相比,T5态与T6态的强度明显提高,且T6态仍保持了一定的塑性;T4态虽未提高其强度,但提升了合金的伸长率。而在阻尼性能方面,挤压态和T5态的阻尼性能较差,T4态和T6态与应变相关部分的阻尼得到了大幅度提升。通过Granato-Lücke理论可以很好的解释不同热处理工艺对AZ61镁合金阻尼性能的影响规律。
