氮气气氛下激光表面铝合金化对TC4抗高温氧化性能的影响Effect of laser surface alloying with aluminum element under nitrogen atmosphere on high temperature properties of TC4 titanium alloy

摘要(Abstract):
为提高钛合金TC4的室温力学性能和抗高温氧化性能,采用激光表面合金化技术在钛合金TC4表面进行铝合金化,氮气作为保护气体,并对合金化层的组织结构、硬度、摩擦磨损性能及抗高温氧化性能进行分析测试。结果表明,在钛合金TC4成功制备出由弥散分布的氮化物作为增强相的富铝合金化层,合金化层厚度约为1 mm,并与基体呈良好的冶金结合。室温下测得的合金化层的平均硬度约为740 HV,平均摩擦系数为0.28,而基体的硬度约为410 HV,平均摩擦系数为0.8。静态空气中800℃保温1000 h的氧化结果表明,合金化层的氧化产物主要为Al_2O_3和TiO_2以及少量的Al_3Ti_5O_2的混合氧化物,单位面积增重5.16×10~(-3)mg/mm~2,而基体氧化产物主要为TiO_2,单位面积增重为1.821×10~(-1)mg/mm~2。氮化物作为弥散增强相的富铝合金化试样的室温力学性能和抗高温氧化性能显著提高。
