无氟连铸保护渣导电性能的实验研究Experimental research on electric conductivity of fluoride-free mold powder for continuous casting

摘要(Abstract):
通过调节Li2CO3、Na2CO3以及BaCO3等助熔剂的含量,测定了不同材料组成无氟保护渣的熔化温度、粘度以及电导率,分析了无氟保护渣电导率与其它物理性能之间的关系,以此来选取实验配方最佳助熔剂加入量。结果表明:无氟保护渣的熔化状态对其导电性能有着直接影响,通过熔化温度及粘度的变化可以直接推断出保护渣电导率的变化规律,添加10%硼砂、3%碳酸锂、15%碳酸钠以及9%碳酸钡能够使实验配制的无氟保护渣具有良好的导电性能。
