脉冲磁场对Zn-3Cu合金凝固组织和性能的影响Effect of pulsed magnetic field on solidification microstructure and properties of Zn-3Cu alloy

摘要(Abstract):
研究了脉冲磁场处理工艺参数(脉冲电压和脉冲频率)对铸态Zn-3Cu合金凝固组织及性能的影响。结果表明:脉冲磁场可以有效细化Zn-3Cu合金的凝固组织;随着脉冲电压在0~300 V范围内增加,Zn-3Cu合金的晶粒尺寸逐渐减小;随着脉冲频率在0~10 Hz范围内增加,合金的晶粒尺寸先增大后减小再增大,第二相(CuZn_5)尺寸先减小后增大,当脉冲频率为5 Hz时,合金凝固组织细化效果最佳。脉冲磁场可以提高合金的力学性能和耐蚀性能,当脉冲电压为300 V、脉冲频率为5 Hz时,合金的力学性能和耐蚀性能最好,其抗拉强度为106.05 MPa,伸长率为7.14%,与未经磁场处理的合金相比,分别提高了37.9%和32.7%。
