赤泥-粉煤灰泡沫陶瓷的制备和除油效果研究Preparation and oil removal efficiency of foamed ceramics from red mud and fly ash

摘要(Abstract):
以大量堆存的固体废弃物赤泥和粉煤灰为主要原料,通过首先低温发泡成型而后高温煅烧的工艺制备了赤泥粉煤灰添加量达90 mass%以上、可用于废水除油滤料的泡沫陶瓷。研究了煅烧温度和原料配比对泡沫陶瓷性能的影响。当烧结温度为1150℃,赤泥和粉煤灰的比例为1∶1时,制备的泡沫陶瓷的显气孔率为60%以上,抗压强度在2 MPa以上。为了提高泡沫陶瓷的除油效果,泡沫陶瓷用KH-550进行表面氨基改性,改性泡沫陶瓷60 min内除油效率约为80%。改性泡沫陶瓷的除油效果和商业陶瓷滤料相当。
