纯钛表面钛钯合金层制备及耐蚀性能Preparation and corrosion resistance performance of Ti-Pd alloyed coating on pure Titanium surface

摘要(Abstract):
分别采用辉光等离子冶金技术以及PVD沉积Pd膜层结合热扩散法在钛表面制备出了Ti-Pd合金层,用XRD、SEM和EDS研究合金层的相组成、微观组织和元素分布。并对Ti-Pd合金层的耐蚀性进行了研究。结果表明,两种方法制备的Ti-Pd合金层均可极大地提高钛基体在室温静态环境下耐强还原酸腐蚀的性能,其耐蚀性比纯钛提升了两个数量级。
