热处理对含钇Al-Si-Fe/Al-20Si复合材料组织及性能的影响Effects of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of Al-Si-Fe/Al-20Si composites containing yttrium

摘要(Abstract):
以Al-20Si合金为基体,加入质量分数为2%的还原铁粉原位反应得到Al-Si-Fe/Al-20Si复合材料,研究了稀土Y含量为0.01%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%对复合材料铸态和热处理后组织及性能的影响。结果表明:复合材料中的增强相为Al-Si-Fe金属间化合物,当Y含量为0.1%时对复合材料的变质效果最佳,富铁相成由细针状转变为鱼骨状且分布均匀,抗拉强度和伸长率与变质后基体相比分别提高了19.4%和20%,再经过550℃固溶处理和120℃时效处理后富铁相转变为短棒状或块状,与铸态相比抗拉强度和伸长率分别提高了8.4%和30%。
