Sm对时效态Mg-12Gd-2Y-0.5Zr合金组织与力学性能的影响Effects of Sm on microstructure and mechanical properties of aged Mg-12Gd-2Y-0.5Zr alloy

摘要(Abstract):
通过组织观察、拉伸试验和断口分析,研究了Mg-12Gd-2Y-(0,0.5,1.0,1.5)Sm-0.5Zr合金的显微组织和20~300℃下的力学性能。结果表明,随着Sm含量的增加,合金晶粒细化,屈服强度及高温抗拉强度显著提高。同时,随着温度的升高,合金的抗拉强度具有反常的温度效应。
