钒对高碳钢连续冷却过程中索氏体形核的影响Effect of vanadium on nucleation of sorbite in high-carbon steels during continuous cooling

摘要(Abstract):
以SWRS82B盘条钢为研究对象,研究了钒元素对高碳钢在连续冷却条件下索氏体形核的影响规律,采用光学显微镜、SEM及能谱对索氏体形核过程进行了观测和分析。研究发现,索氏体的形核位置主要是在V、S元素的富集区域。V的加入增大了渗碳体的形核驱动力,具有B1结构的VC会在同样B1结构的非共格MnS界面析出,VC的析出造成其附近区域出现局部贫碳区,连续冷却过程中由低能的索氏体/析出相界面取代奥氏体/析出相界面,索氏体团在MnS+VC复杂析出相的VC界面形核。
