Cu-Al-Mn合金热处理过程中的Mn挥发Volatilization of Mn in Cu-Al-Mn alloy during heat-treatment

摘要(Abstract):
通过对Cu-14.0wt%Al-7.5wt%Mn合金样品在900℃真空环境下进行不同时间的退火热处理后,利用化学成分分析、扫描电镜、金相显微镜观察以及X射线衍射分析等方法对该合金进行了微观组织结构分析,对其进行了硬度测量,并利用测量低温电阻的方法测量了样品的马氏体相变温度。结果表明,随着热处理时间的延长,合金中的Mn挥发的越多,从而使合金的马氏体相变点有所升高。因此,可以通过掌握热处理过程中Mn的挥发规律,进而控制Cu-Al-Mn合金中Mn的含量,以准确调节该合金马氏体相变温度。
