钴基合金/TiN陶瓷复合硬面涂层的制备及性能Fabrication and properties of Co-based alloy/TiN ceramic composite hybrid coating

摘要(Abstract):
在316L不锈钢基体表面分别采用等离子喷焊和离子镀膜技术制备了钴基合金/TiN陶瓷复合涂层,对复合涂层的成分、结构、表面硬度及高温抗水蒸汽氧化性能进行了表征和分析。结果表明:该复合涂层利用氮化钛陶瓷层的超高硬度解决了钴基合金耐磨性不足的弱点,而钴基合金涂层对陶瓷层形成了良好的支撑,涂层的硬度呈梯度分布;同时TiN陶瓷涂层显示出优异的高温抗水蒸汽侵蚀能力,对提高球阀的使用寿命具有很高的实用意义。
