工艺参数对Cr12MoV钢高能脉冲精密冷补组织形貌和硬度影响Effects of laser-welding-like high-energy pulse precision cold repairing parameters on microstructure and hardness of Cr12MoV steel

摘要(Abstract):
利用高能脉冲精密冷补技术(LHPPR)在Cr12MoV钢基体焊接M2丝材,研究脉冲电流,脉冲宽度对焊层截面的形貌,组织硬度的影响。结果表明,随着脉冲电流的增大,堆积宽度增大,堆积高度有少许降低;随着脉冲宽度的增加,堆积宽度高度随之增加。焊层组织为典型凝固组织,随着能量的增高,晶粒会长大,焊层和基体呈冶金结合,结合界面无裂纹孔隙等缺陷,热影响区由表面向基体组织由马氏体向马氏体+回火索氏体转变。焊层显微硬度达700~850 HV,远高于300 HV左右的基体。
