微弧氧化对7475铝合金盐雾腐蚀性能的影响Effect of micro arc oxidation on salt spray corrosion properties of 7475 aluminum alloy

摘要(Abstract):
对7475铝合金原始试样和微弧氧化试样进行了中性盐雾腐蚀试验,通过扫描电镜分析了原始试样和微弧氧化试样的表面-界面形貌和腐蚀后形貌,采用能谱仪对腐蚀后的表面和界面进行了面扫描和线扫描分析,通过X射线衍射测定了微弧氧化前后的物相,并利用PS-268A型电化学工作站测得了极化曲线。结果表明,盐雾腐蚀后原始试样表面被严重破坏,伴随着大量裂纹和剥落,腐蚀向纵深发展,腐蚀深度5~10μm,腐蚀产物为Al-O化合物;而微弧氧化试样盐雾腐蚀后仅表面间隙层有腐蚀造成的小球形貌,腐蚀止于致密层;氧化膜由间隙层、致密层和过渡层组成,物相为Al、α-Al2O3和γ-Al2O3,致密层的结构和稳定性是微弧氧化试样耐盐雾腐蚀性能提高的因素,极化曲线表明,微弧氧化试样比原始试样具有更小的腐蚀倾向和腐蚀速率。
