低碳微合金钢超细晶奥氏体长大动力学方程中时间因子的确定Determination of time exponent in ultrafine austenite grain growth kinetic equation of a low-carbon microalloyed steel

摘要(Abstract):
观察并研究了Nb-V-Ti微合金钢中超细晶奥氏体在不同等温温度下的长大动力学行为。基于Beck方程以及普遍适用性的长大动力学方程,分析时间因子n的变化趋势。结果表明,在等温温度大于1000℃条件下时间因子n值才趋于稳定值0.28±0.02,并发现奥氏体晶粒超细化后曲率半径的减小以及固溶的微合金元素含量是影响时间因子的主要原因。
