镀锌板后处理产品性能对比研究Comparative study of GI sheet with several post-treatment methods

摘要(Abstract):
对几种镀锌后处理产品的表面形貌、耐蚀性、润滑性、耐磨性和耐指纹性进行比较研究。结果表明,自润滑板、耐指纹板和钝化板既有较好的耐蚀性,又具有一定的润滑性、耐指纹性和耐磨性,润滑性顺序为自润滑板>耐指纹板>钝化板>镀锌板,耐磨性顺序为自润滑板>耐指纹板>钝化板>镀锌板。自润滑钢板摩擦试验初期为自润滑层中某些物质向摩擦副转移过程,摩擦系数是变化的,之后保持稳定值。综合考虑,自润滑镀锌板具有优异的综合性能,能够在无其它润滑添加剂情况下进行冲压成型,是一种环保型功能性涂层镀锌板。
