摘要(Abstract)：

研究了稀土硅铁(RE-Si-Fe)添加剂对高铬铸铁堆焊合金组织的细化作用。采用光学显微镜对不同RE-Si-Fe加入量高铬铸铁堆焊合金的显微组织进行了观察;采用砂带式摩擦磨损试验机对其表面的耐磨性进行了评价,并采用扫描电镜对磨损形貌进行了观察;采用热力学计算和错配度计算分别讨论了Si和RE元素对高铬铸铁堆焊合金组织演变的影响。结果表明,RE-SiFe可以细化高铬铸铁堆焊合金的显微组织,提高其耐磨性。其原因为RE在堆焊冶金反应中生成的一系列稀土化合物,与M7C3型碳化物有良好的界面匹配,可以成为M7C3型碳化物的非均质化形核核心,细化了该碳化物。
