时效对节镍型双相不锈钢点蚀和应力腐蚀行为的影响Influence of aging on pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking of nickel-free DSS

摘要(Abstract):
采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究了时效处理对节镍型双相不锈钢LDX2101析出物的影响,利用动电位极化曲线和慢应变速率拉伸试验研究了时效处理(700℃分别保温0.5、1、2、8和24 h)对点蚀和应力腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,时效使材料在α/α及α/γ界面析出了Cr2N和γ2,随时效时间延长,析出物逐渐增多,同时材料耐点蚀性逐渐下降。而时效时间对应力腐蚀的影响较为复杂,0.5 h以及8 h以上的时效均导致应力腐蚀抗力减小,但1 h和2 h的时效并没有使应力腐蚀行为发生明显变化。
