退火工艺对00Cr20Al6铁素体不锈钢组织及性能的影响Effect of annealing process on microstucture and property of 00Cr20Al6 ferritic stainless steel

摘要(Abstract):
采用金相分析、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术等方法研究了00Cr20Al6铁素体不锈钢在不同退火保温时间下其显微组织、再结晶比例及力学性能的变化。结果表明:当退火温度均为700℃时,随着退火后保温时间的延长,此钢的再结晶比例从66.4%升至94.3%,小角度晶界逐渐被大角度晶界所替代,伸长率从15%升高至22.7%。经对比,当退火温度在700℃,保温时间为20 min时,此钢获得了较好的综合力学性能。
