激光熔覆304不锈钢涂层的工艺及组织Preparation and microstructure of 304 stainless steel layer by laser cladding

摘要(Abstract):
采用预置粉末的方法,在45号钢表面激光熔覆304不锈钢涂层,通过调整各项工艺参数得到了表面平整光滑与基体结合紧密的熔覆层。分析和解释了不同扫描速度对熔覆层及热影响区截面尺寸的影响规律;研究了扫描速度对稀释率的影响。结果表明:当速度为800 mm/min时,稀释率出现极值11.1%,当扫描速度为600 mm/min和1000 mm/min时,稀释率接近于合理值10%;熔覆层由铁素体和奥氏体双相组成,自界面处到顶端逐渐由单一粗大的柱状晶向尺寸为5~8μm的致密细小的等轴晶过渡;热影响区分为淬火区和正火区,分别由细小针状马氏体组织和细小的铁素体组成,基材由铁素体和珠光体组成。
