激光热处理对1Cr13井口用钢抗硫化物应力腐蚀性能的影响Effects of laser heat treatment on sulfide stress corrosion resistance of 1Cr13 steel for wellhead equipment

摘要(Abstract):
对1Cr13井口用钢进行了表面激光热处理,通过慢应变速率拉伸试验研究了激光热处理对1Cr13钢在NACE饱和H2S溶液中应力腐蚀敏感性的影响,运用X射线衍射仪对比分析了激光热处理前后1Cr13井口用钢试件的残余应力及残留奥氏体,用扫描电镜和能谱分析仪研究了激光热处理前后其断口形貌和腐蚀产物的化学成分组成,分析了激光热处理对1Cr13井口用钢H2S应力腐蚀开裂的影响机理。结果表明:原始状态1Cr13钢在NACE饱和H2S溶液中为脆性断裂,激光热处理后断口由脆性向韧性转变;激光热处理后应力腐蚀敏感性指数由75%下降至69.4%,材料的屈服极限和强度极限有较大的提升。激光热处理后表层残留奥氏体含量增加,晶粒细化以及残余应力由处理前的拉应力变为处理后的压应力是抗应力腐蚀性能提高的主要机制。
