国内外Cr12型模具钢组织和性能对比Comparison of microstructure and properties between domestic and abroad Cr12 die steels

摘要(Abstract):
通过成分分析、冶金质量评定、显微组织观测、能谱分析及硬度、冲击、拉伸实验,对4种Cr12钢的组织与性能进行研究,包括DAIDO DC11、ASSAB XW41及两种国产Cr12钢。结果表明,与DC11、XW41相比,国产Cr12型模具钢力学性能较差,主要原因在于共晶碳化物不均匀度级别较高,形态较差;非金属夹杂含量较高。其次,碳含量偏高,碳化物形成元素偏低。
