焊后热处理对Fe-Cr-C耐磨堆焊合金组织和磨损性能的影响Effect of post heat treatment on microstructure and abrasive wear property of Fe-Cr-C hardfacing alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用埋弧堆焊方法在Q235低碳钢基体上制备了Fe-Cr-C耐磨堆焊层。利用光学显微镜、SEM和TEM分析了堆焊合金的显微组织,并进行了磨粒磨损试验。结果表明,焊后热处理(850~1000℃)未改变堆焊合金组织中的初生碳化物和共晶碳化物的基本形貌,但堆焊层表面宏观硬度与焊态相比约降低25%。经过同样的热处理过程,初生碳化物的硬度降低较少,平均降低约5%。经过热处理后基体的硬度平均降低约为39%。焊后热处理对Fe-Cr-C耐磨堆焊合金磨粒磨损性能的影响较大,焊后经过850℃~1000℃加热30min,相对耐磨性只能达到焊态的16%~32%。热处理后碳化物和基体的匹配关系发生恶化是造成耐磨性降低的主要原因。
