脉冲电流对铝基纳米合金相变动力学的影响Effect of Electropulsing on the Phase Transformation Dynamics of Al-matrix Nanocrystalline Alloy

摘要(Abstract):
研究了超短脉冲电流处理对快凝Al92 3Fe4 3V0 7Si1 7Nd1 0 纳米晶合金薄带相稳定性的影响 ,并与等温时效处理结果进行了比较 ,基体Al晶粒尺寸和析出相颗粒尺寸减小 ,亚稳相向稳定相转变速度加快 ,相转变温度降低约 10 0℃ ;理论分析表明 :外场使相转变激活能、临界核心半径和形核功下降 ,从而提高形核率 ,并对新相长大有促进作用。
