Ni含量对Zn-Al-Ni合金镀层组织和性能的影响Effect of Ni content on microstructure and properties of hot dipping Zn-Al-Ni alloy coatings

摘要(Abstract):
用热浸镀法在Q235钢板表面制备了Zn-0.05%Al-xNi(x=0.02,0.05,0.09,0.12mass%)合金镀层,用光学显微镜、维氏硬度计、摩擦试验机及中性盐雾和全浸腐蚀试验研究Ni含量对镀层形貌、显微组织、硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:随Ni含量增加,Zn-0.05%Al-xNi合金镀层的表面状况变差,厚度先减小后增加,硬度和耐磨时间先增加后减小,摩擦系数增大,腐蚀速率先减小后增加;Ni含量为0.05%时,镀层厚度薄,组织致密,耐磨和耐腐蚀性能好。
