16Mn钢板堆焊CuNi合金的渗透裂纹形成分析Analysis of Copper Contamination Cracking by Hardfacing of Cu-Ni Alloy on 16Mn Steel Plate

摘要(Abstract):
针对铜合金在钢板上堆焊时易出现铜渗透裂纹的问题 ,采用等离子喷焊 ,将不同Ni含量的CuNi合金堆焊到 16Mn钢板上进行渗透裂纹形成原因的研究。研究表明 ,焊接规范参数越大 ,热输入量越大 ,熔合比越大 ,产生渗透裂纹深度越深。渗透裂纹的产生与应力状态及大小、堆焊材料化学成份以及基体温度等有关。只要合理控制焊接工艺规范 ,可以避免或减少 16Mn钢板上堆焊铜合金时产生渗透裂纹。
