Fe-Ni-B屏蔽涂层的微观结构及屏蔽性能研究Research on microstructure and shielding effectiveness of Fe-Ni-B shielding coatings

摘要(Abstract):
在1Cr18Ni9Ti型不锈钢基体表面,采用等离子喷涂技术制备Fe-Ni-B(Fe70Ni27B3,wt%)屏蔽涂层。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱仪(EDX)对涂层的微观结构、物相组成及元素分布进行了研究,并对涂层的屏蔽效果进行了测试。结果表明,Fe-Ni-B屏蔽涂层呈均匀的层片状累积结构,具有屏蔽功能的含硼相主要为Fe2B,另外还含有(Fe,Ni)相和少量的Fe7B相。从Fe-Ni-B涂层表面到基体方向,硬度较大的硼化物浓度逐渐降低,相应的硬度也随之减小。Fe-Ni-B涂层能明显提高不锈钢基材的热中子吸收率。
