温度参数对35K冷墩钢组织均匀化的影响Effect of temperature parameters on microstructure homogenization of 35K cold heading steel

摘要(Abstract):
通过热模拟单向压缩实验法研究了不同形变温度与吐丝温度下35K冷墩钢控制轧制和控制冷却过程中的组织变化规律。结果表明,形变诱导铁素体的含量随着形变温度的降低而提高,35K控制轧制和控制冷却过程中的组织均匀化受吐丝温度的影响更大,随着吐丝温度的升高,组织均匀化,球化效果更加明显。
