水浴淬火工艺对φ0.8 mm KSC72A钢丝组织与性能影响Effect of water bath quenching process on microstructure and properties of diameter 0.8 mm KSC72A steel wire

摘要(Abstract):
采用聚合物水溶液淬火介质代替铅浴用于φ0.8 mm KSC72A钢丝的淬火,借助光学显微镜、SEM、显微硬度计、万能电子拉力试验机等仪器研究了水浴淬火工艺参数对钢丝显微组织、显微硬度、抗拉强度及断面收缩率的影响。结果表明:在聚合物浓度为9%,温度为90℃的水溶液淬火介质中,收线速度为68 m/min,水浴槽长度为20 cm的钢丝组织与性能达到铅浴淬火工艺水平,因此,可以取代铅浴淬火用于0.8 mm KSC72A钢丝。
