高温时效处理对310S不锈钢焊接接口性能的影响Effect of high-temperature aging treatment on properties of welded 310S stainless steel

摘要(Abstract):
研究了高温时效前后的310S不锈钢焊接样品在燃煤气氛下的碳硫影响。利用金相、扫描电镜/能谱、X射线衍射及力学性能测试等分析其形貌、成分结构及性能。结果表明,经不同温度、不同时间在燃煤气氛下时效处理的310S不锈钢比未时效处理者腐蚀严重,310S不锈钢在高于700℃时效后在晶界大量析出σ相,使晶界附近贫Cr,降低了其抗腐蚀性能,同时晶粒长大,冲击韧性明显降低,而且断裂方式也由微孔聚合型断裂转变为典型的解理断裂。
