Al元素对超级贝氏体钢中珠光体转变的影响Influence of Al on pearlitic transformation of superbainitic steels

摘要(Abstract):
将两组不同Al元素含量的贝氏体钢(1.37Al和Free-Al),在不同温度下等温不同时间,研究Al元素对贝氏体钢中珠光体转变及组织的影响。采用Thermecmaster热模拟机测定两种钢的相变点A_(c1)和A_(c3)。实验结果表明,Al元素的加入,使钢的相变点A_(c1)和A_(c3)分别提高了53℃和42℃,缩短了珠光体转变时间,同时减小珠光体片层间距。
