SiC涂层对碳纤维抗氧化性能的影响Influence of SiC coating on antioxidation property of carbon fibers

摘要(Abstract):
采用高能球磨的Si、C粉体,利用原位反应法在碳纤维表面制备得到了SiC涂层。利用XRD,SEM,TEM等分析测试手段对碳纤维涂层进行了相组成及形貌分析。通过对涂SiC和未涂SiC纤维的等温氧化试验,对涂层碳纤维抗氧化性能进行了研究。结果表明:制备的涂层均匀完整,涂层组成为纳米结构的β-SiC,厚度约为30 nm。在400~700℃SiC涂层可对碳纤维起到抗氧化作用。600℃氧化3h后,没有涂层的碳纤维表面出现明显的氧化侵蚀坑,而涂有SiC涂层的碳纤维损伤不明显。
