37CrMnMo钢气体渗氮后氮化层的摩擦磨损性能Tribological performance of nitrided layer after gas nitriding on 37CrMnMo steel

摘要(Abstract):
对37CrMnMo钢进行气体渗氮处理,利用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜及磨损试验机研究了渗氮层的组织、相组成及耐磨性等。结果表明,氮化试样的耐磨性均优于调质试样,若要进一步提高耐磨性,需优化渗氮工艺获得10μm以上的γ'单相化合物层。
