含碳化物等温淬火球墨铸铁的料浆冲蚀磨损特性Erosive wear behaviors of carbidic austempered ductile iron in slurry

摘要(Abstract):
对不同等温淬火温度下获得的含碳化物等温淬火球墨铸铁(CADI)在弱酸性(p H=4)料浆中的冲蚀磨损性能进行了研究,并与高铬铸铁和低铬铸铁进行了对比。结果表明,在实验温度内(210~300℃),随等温淬火温度升高,CADI相对耐磨性先降低后升高;CADI材料冲蚀磨损机理主要为冲蚀疲劳剥落;CADI材料在弱酸性(p H=4)料浆中的耐冲蚀磨损性能略优于高铬铸铁,并明显优于低铬铸铁。因此,CADI在弱酸性(p H=4)料浆中具有优良的耐冲蚀磨损性能。
