强流脉冲电子束处理对SKD11钢表面形貌和性能的影响Effect of high current pulsed electron beam irradiation on surface morphology and mechanical properties of SKD11 steel

摘要(Abstract):
利用强流脉冲电子束对SKD11模具钢进行辐照处理。通过金相显微镜、三维轮廓形貌仪对处理样品表面进行形貌观察,发现处理表面有熔坑现象产生,熔坑面密度及处理面粗糙度随脉冲处理次数的增加而减少。对于初始少量脉冲处理时,样品表层显微硬度较原始样品低,且随处理次数增加而降低,但在高电压和更多脉冲处理时,显微硬度值有所回升。处理样品的截面显微硬度呈特殊的振荡式分布。摩擦磨损性能测试表明,在低电压(19.8kV)处理情况下,耐磨损性能得到改善,脉冲次数为8次时处理样品的耐磨性达到最佳。
