固溶温度对Mg-6Al-1Zn-0.5Y-3Sm合金组织和耐腐蚀性能的影响Effect of solution temperature on microstructure and corrosion resistance of Mg-6Al-1Zn-0.5Y-3Sm alloy

摘要(Abstract):
通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和能谱仪(EDS)等研究了不同固溶温度对Mg-6Al-1Zn-0.5Y-3Sm合金微观组织和耐腐蚀性能的影响,旨在优化热处理工艺以提高其耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:随着固溶温度的升高,合金的平均晶粒尺寸有所增加,合金中针状Al_(11)(Sm, Y)_3相逐渐向块状Al_2(Sm, Y)转变,降低了合金中的微电偶腐蚀,进而提高了其耐腐蚀性能;当固溶温度为420℃时,合金中第二相尺寸和分布最均匀,合金具有较好的耐腐蚀性能,质量损失腐蚀速率和析氢腐蚀速率分别为(1.81±0.12) mm/y和(1.65±0.14) mm/y。
