快速凝固对Fe-Mn-Si系合金形状记忆效应及耐腐蚀性能的影响Influence of rapid solidification on shape memory effect and corrosion resistance of Fe-Mn-Si alloy

摘要(Abstract):
研究了快速凝固对Fe-Mn-Si形状记忆合金形状记忆效应及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,快速凝固由于大大细化晶粒,增加了基体强度;同时,快速凝固具有大的过冷度,导致较多层错的产生,有利于ε马氏体的形核,从而显著提高合金的形状记忆效应,和铸态合金相比,其形状回复率提高幅度达到24%~160%左右。在不存在容易被基体吸附且易形成可溶性化合物的离子时,晶界增加,会降低合金的耐腐蚀性能,所以快速凝固合金在Na OH溶液中的耐腐蚀性能低于铸态合金;而在HCl溶液中,存在容易被基体吸附生成易溶化合物的Cl-,同时这种离子不易穿透快速凝固合金更为致密的氧化膜,所以快速凝固合金的耐腐蚀性能高于铸态合金。
