热处理对凹凸棒石摩擦学性能的影响Effect of thermal treatment on tribological properties of attapulgite

摘要(Abstract):
研究了凹凸棒石热处理产物作为润滑油添加剂对钢-钢摩擦副的减摩抗磨性能。结果表明:凹凸棒石经700℃热处理后,生成少量SiO2;900℃热处理后,凹凸棒石分解生成MgSiO3和SiO2,但粉体形貌均未发生变化。通过摩擦化学作用,凹凸棒石能够促使磨损表面生成光滑平整的修复层,从而显著改善润滑油的减摩抗磨性。热处理后,凹凸棒石的减摩性得到提高,这得益于生成的硬质颗粒的"微轴承"作用,而这些硬质相造成的磨粒磨损加重了磨损。
