木质含碳生物陶粒的制备工艺及性能Preparation and characterization of wood porous ceramsite

摘要(Abstract):
以凹凸棒石粘土(Pg)、锯末(成孔剂)和水玻璃(粘结剂)为原料,通氮气保护炭化,制备出符合国家水处理标准的木质含碳生物陶粒(Wood Porous Ceramsite,WPC)。利用所制备WPC的抗压强度作为评价WPC质量的指标,通过单因素实验、正交实验来优化WPC的物料配比和煅烧工艺,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM),偏光显微镜(polarizing microscopePM),比表面积(BET)等技术来表征WPC结构特征及其特性。结果表明:WPC具有较大比表面积(75 m2/g)和较高的孔隙率(83%),以开放空隙为主。由于微生物可以深入陶粒内部附着生长,在相同培养条件下挂膜实验结果表明,该复合陶粒生物负载量高于市售陶粒,可望为曝气生物滤池提供新的功能性材料。
