铁素体/奥氏体双相不锈钢焊接接头组织和性能的研究进展Research progress on microstructure and properties of welded joint of ferrite/austenite duplex stainless steel

摘要(Abstract):
铁素体/奥氏体双相不锈钢兼具高的强度、良好的塑韧性和耐腐蚀性能,在海洋工程、石油化工、核电等多个国家重点能源领域具有广阔的应用前景。焊接是双相不锈钢推广应用不可或缺的加工制造环节。在焊接过程中,焊缝和热影响区组织会经受复杂的热循环作用,促使铁素体大量增加和有害二次相析出,进而恶化力学性能和耐腐蚀性能,导致其成为焊接结构的薄弱环节。本文首先论述了双相不锈钢组织特点和焊接技术发展现状,重点综述了双相不锈钢焊接接头组织和性能的研究进展,最后指出目前双相不锈钢焊接存在的问题与未来的研究方向。
