溶胶-凝胶法制备Al2O3-ZrO2微叠涂层及其抗高温氧化行为Preparation of Al2O3-ZrO2 multi-laminated coatings by a sol-gel method and their high-temperature oxidation behavior

摘要(Abstract):
采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)法在不锈钢表面制备Al2O3-ZrO2微叠涂层。微观组织形貌表明,涂层表面平整,厚度均匀,经过8次提拉及后续热处理获得的总厚度约为150 nm。高温氧化结果表明,所制备的Al2O3-ZrO2微叠涂层能够结合ZrO2涂层与金属基体热匹配性能好以及Al2O3涂层的氧扩散系数低的优点,表现出比二者更好的综合抗高温氧化及抗剥落性能。此外,Al2O3层和ZrO2层的排列组合模式对Al2O3-ZrO2微叠涂层的抗高温氧化性能也产生一定的影响,对于总层数和组分层数相同的体系,相邻氧阻挡层的厚度越大,微叠涂层的抗高温氧化性能越好。
