球扁钢感应加热温度场模拟与工艺优化Temperature field simulation of flat-bulb steel in electromagnetic induction heating process and technology optimization

摘要(Abstract):
球扁钢采用电磁感应加热技术实现在线淬火热处理。感应加热过程中球头与腹板存在较大温差,导致淬火后性能不均匀。借助数值模拟方法建立感应加热过程有限元模型,获得不同时刻球扁钢断面温度场分布。进一步采用二位控温法进行感应加热工艺优化,并借助有限元模型进行参数的设计和优化。模拟结果显示腹板与球头温度差由优化前的100℃左右,减少到优化后的少于30℃。采用新工艺进行实验,实验结果与模拟结果比较两者相差较小,验证了模型的准确性和新工艺的可行性。为实现球扁钢感应加热工艺快速选择和优化提供了可靠的数学模型。
