双相不锈钢加热过程中γ→δ相变的原位观察In-situ observation of austenite to ferrite transformation in a duplex stainless steel during heating process

摘要(Abstract):
利用共聚焦激光扫描显微镜原位观察不同升温速率下双相不锈钢中奥氏体(γ)向高温铁素体(δ)转变的全过程。结果表明,γ→δ相变存在两种转变机制:即形核-长大机制和相界迁移机制。在升温速率较高的情况下相变以形核-长大为主,在升温速率较低的情况下以相界迁移为主,多数情况下两种转变机制共存。利用固态相变形核理论分析了不同相变机制产生的原因,并通过扩散控制长大理论对δ的长大速度及其影响因素做出探讨。
