镍-铬-铁基高温合金GH984G在不同SO2浓度烟气中的腐蚀行为Corrosion behavior of Ni-Cr-Fe base superalloy GH984G in flue gas atmosphere with different SO2 content

摘要(Abstract):
在人工合成烟气环境中研究了一种新型镍-铬-铁基高温合金GH984G在700℃的腐蚀行为,通过改变烟气中SO_2浓度探索了SO_2浓度对材料高温腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:在700℃下腐蚀随着气氛中SO_2浓度的升高而加重,不同SO_2浓度气氛中合金表面都形成了以Cr_2O_3为主的致密氧化膜。气氛中SO_2与金属反应在氧化膜中生成少量硫化物,在氧化膜/基体界面有硫的富集。由于致密的Cr_2O_3具有良好的保护性,GH984G合金在不同SO_2的烟气环境中表现出良好的耐蚀性。
