V含量对D2钢组织与性能的影响Effect of vanadium content on microstructure and properties of AISI D2 die steel

摘要(Abstract):
采用OM、SEM、TEM、DSC、XRD等手段,研究了V含量变化(0.5%、0.7%、0.9%、1.1%)对D2钢组织及其性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着V含量增加,D2钢铸态晶粒细化,M_7C_3共晶碳化物数量增加,碳化物形态由细长的棒状逐渐转变为片层状。与片层状碳化物相比,棒状碳化物热稳定性较低,在加热过程中易发生断开和球化,使碳化物尺寸细化;同时,淬火加热时易于溶解,使基体固溶度提高。V含量为0.9%时,D2钢回火态硬度可达60 HRC以上,冲击韧性达20 J/cm~2,具有最佳的综合使用性能。
