镁基金属复合材料与不锈钢激光熔覆层的结合界面特征Characteristics of the Bonding Interface between Mg-based Metallic Materials Composite and Stainless Steel Layer by Laser Cladding

摘要(Abstract):
利用中间过渡层的作用 ,在镁基金属复合材料上激光熔覆了不锈钢合金层 ,熔覆层与基体为冶金结合。中间过渡层与基体的结合交界面上 ,元素交互扩散距离为 6 0 μm。不锈钢熔覆层与过渡层的结合交界面上 ,Cr,Fe,Cu等元素的交互扩散距离约为 5 μm ,Ni,Zn两元素的交互扩散距离很大。激光熔覆试样的腐蚀电动势 (Ecorr)分别比喷涂试样和未处理试样提高两倍和三倍。
