T6处理对Mg-9Al-Zn-0.16La合金耐蚀性能的影响Influence of T6 treatment on corrosion resistance of Mg-9Al-Zn-0.16La alloy

摘要(Abstract):
对Mg-9Al-Zn-0.16La合金进行410℃/16 h/AC+170℃/24 h/AC的T6处理,观察了热处理前后合金的组织形貌,并对热处理前后的合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中进行了0~168 h的失重腐蚀测试。结果表明,T6处理后,Mg-9Al-Zn-0.16La合金中的β相经过溶解再析出的过程,使得其析出方式发生改变,β相由断续状变为层片状;且由于β相析出方式和形貌的改变,在3.5%NaCl溶液中,Mg-9Al-Zn-0.16La合金的耐蚀性能明显提高,其腐蚀速率由铸态时的6.3 mg·cm-2·d-1降低到T6态的4.5 mg·cm-2·d-1。
