摘要(Abstract):
利用静态增重法研究新型镍基高温合金950℃氧化动力学,氧化增重分段遵循抛物线规律。并且通过XRD、SEM和EDX等观察和分析。结果表明,新型镍基高温合金氧化膜的组成主要以Cr2O3为主,并且含有(Co,Ni)Cr2O4,Al2O3及TiO2,在氧化过程中,发生了内氧化。
